Western walls of Banteay Chmar temple complex with spectacular carved multi-armed Avalokiteshvaras. There are only two Avalokiteshvaras remaining out of an original eight carvings. The others were looted in 1998, although one was recovered from smugglers in Thailand and is now on display in Phnom Penh museum. The wall carvings here are best seen in the late afternoon with the low sun shining directly on the temple walls.
